| Comments: buyer claims the gun was broken when he received it but didn't want to send it back. we offered to assist in getting it fixed. didn't hear from him for about 2 weeks and his response was to leave negative feedback. we hope to never have any further interactions with this individual again. |

| Rebuttal: I would have sent it back but no offer. OBI offered to "help" getting the cracked stock repaired. I wasn't able to find anyone to do it..when I sent last two emails, they were ignored until I finally had to leave negative feedback. Crack they didn't see was quite plain and all the way across. |
