Comments: They don't give you a break on shipping for 2 items, 20.00 per item, but they mail the 2 separate items in the same box for one low cost.

Rebuttal: CLEARLY stated in out auction terms and conditions that we don't combine or discount shipping. Unsure where the confusion lies.

Rebuttal: Customer received a 72% rated firearm. Customer claims additional issues - Instead of contacting us to discuss, customer pays to repair. Customer THEN contacts us for the FIRST time and requests that we pay him back for repairs. We informed customer that we would not reimburse $70 on a $152 item.

Comments: SELLER OMITTED AND MISLED ME WITH DESCRIPTION. GUN WAS FAR WORSE THAN EXPECTED. BOTTOM BARREL IS BULGED, BOTH BARREL BORES ARE PITTED, AND BUTTSTOCK IS CRACKED/REPAIRED. EMAILED SELLER, ASKED FOR PARTIAL REFUND. SELLER REFUSED ALL BUT RETURN. I LOSE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS. PARTIAL REFUND WOULD BE EASIER

Rebuttal: Firearm was listed as "Poor" - We stand by our auction. Customer is picking apart a "Poor" rated item. As it was obviously not what he expected from a "Poor" rated item - we asked that he return it. Instead he wanted a partial refund. He feels he bid too much and upon receipt wants to negotiate?

Rebuttal: As stated in our auctions, we do not test fire firearms. We do have a 30 day warranty on firearms. Don't know why we weren't contacted by this customer so we could offer a solution. Feedback was posted without any communication from customer. We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction.

Comments: 835 was tested by gunsmith with 2 3/4" dummy rounds. 5 out of 15 failed to eject. Contacted SuperPawn, they said send gun back and they would give refund, including shipping. When contacted again, they claimed they had test fired the gun "100's of times without failure. No refund on shipping.

Rebuttal: Per AA guidelines - we are not required to refund shipping. Upon return, the firearm appeared to have never even been unpacked, and when tested worked flawlessly. Customer claimed a 33% failure to eject. Using dummies and live ammo - this firearm ejected 100% for over 100 rounds.

Comments: Poor seller, ask for a refund (their fault) they will block you @AA. Takes 30 days to get refund, never return emails. Rude SOB's would sum up the business practices. AA should ban them, more negs than anyone! |

Comments: This gun should've been rated POOR 'cause good means"that gun is in good working order." After every 2 or3 rounds the clip pops-out and jams the next round. This is NOT a "GOOD" rated gun. SuperPawn was courteous and prompt.and I was a pleased Buyer until I fired it.

Comments: I asked for info about a gun(greener type shotgun?)They said no other info. Asked if I won & it wasn't, could I return?Got a sarcastic reply- he knew guns, if it was a greener he would have said, if not interested don't bid. Why not answer yes or no? Sarcasm was unnecessary.Customer service? NOPE!

Comments: OK. I will admit that I screwed up by apparently sending an unsigned copy of my ffl for this item plus two others. The good news is the shipment was packed well and the guns arrived as described. The bad news is that by the time the matter of the unsigned ffl was settled it was a month before I received the shipment. The FFL & MO were sent with a copy of the email notifying me of winning the bid which also had my email address on it. NO RESPONSE/CONTACT until I sent them an inquiry with my dealer name & address 20 days after I mailed the FFL & MO. THREE DAYS LATER I got a one line canned response saying that if I received a request for feedback the guns were shipped. They obviously didn't read the 1st email!!! FOUR Emails and 1 day later they asked for the name of the dealer which they already had twice. 2 emails later they said they had no FFL on file. 2 emails later they said they will ship as soon as they receive MO & FFL. 3 emails later they said they called twice. They never talked to me so don't know who they talked with & they can't tell me. It took 11 emails over 4 days to find out that the ffl was not signed. It took another 8 emails before it was straightened out. Lesson learned - make sure everything is correct & the ffl is signed or else you may never hear from them!!! If it wasn't for so many "canned" responses from them and the lack of personal attention when the question was raised of an "overdue shipment," I would have been happy. James did finally call - I appreciated that, but by then there were already too many emails flying around. Maybe it was the other help. Who knows!!! More attention to detail on everyone's part here was needed.
