| Rebuttal: AUCTION CLOSED ON 3-11. RIFLE SHIPPED 3-16 AND REC'D BY HIS DEALER ON 3-19. NEVER HEARD A COMPLAINT AND THEN, 37 DAYS AFTER RIFLE WAS DELIVERED, HE POSTED A NEUTRAL FEEDBACK! IF THERE HAD BEEN A PROBLEM AND HE HAD CONTACTED ME FIRST, THE PROBLEM WOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED WITHOUT AN UNFAIR FEEDBACK! |
