Comments: I bought buttplate as pictured. Seller sent wrong plate. I returned and seller sent wrong plate second time. I spent +/- $8.00 to send wrong plate back first time. For a $25.00 purchase, I won't spend another $8.00 to send second plate back. Just won't buy fron this guy again.

Rebuttal: Buyer is correct. I did send him the wrong plate twice. My error. No excuse offered.

Comments: This seller's behavior was unacceptable. It took two weeks to get to the post office in the middle of Massachusetts? That's simply unprofessional and unreasonable. No seller would accept waiting for two weeks to get paid.

Rebuttal: This buyer was informed that shipping would be late. I requested he be patient.. Apparently that was insufficient. I have received nearly perfect feedback by treating buyers fairly.
