| Comments: I'd like to report a non-payment. High bidder did communicare with me and emailed that he was out of town and now he says he just got out of hospital and has no insurance. If this is true, fine, but he bid and now cannot pay and it forces me to report non payment feedback. |

| Rebuttal: I was slow on this $10 item. Simply forgot. I also included TWICE the amount for shipping than asked for. Certainly thought that would make up for being a five days late. Guess not. |
