| Comments: Item listed as new never assembled, That was not true and part was missing on top of another part being damaged,feed back was never left for me, no reply after three days of speaking to him of problem, This is first time I have left negative for someone,I will not buy from Tom again. |

| Rebuttal: Day after did talk to buyer insurance com wk for sent to recent storm areas to access damages for claims. Was unable to get back with buyer asap. Bought item as new from AA memeber, had to remove plastic to photo. Patience is still a virtue. |
