| Comments: rifle was what was expected. and in a timely maner but it did not mention the spots of missing nickel as in 20% of the front of the triger gard or show them in the pics. and i dont belive you shot it the firing pin is locked forward and youcant get the hammer to drop with a round in it. misleading. |

| Rebuttal: I took pictures of all area's of the rifle(showing missing nickle in pictures). I also have fired this rifle(years ago)as stated contrary to the buyer questioning my Integrity. Buyer never contacted me during or after the auction concerning the almost 100 year old rifle and leaves negative feedback |

| Comments: Item described as "COMPLETE and functional w/exception of buttplate." Upon receipt, found retractable sling missing part that attaches it to magazine tube. Seller offered $5. Refuses to pay return costs if item sent back. What did we do except take his word for it being COMPLETE? |

| Rebuttal: Offered item to the best of my ability as to condition and description. Was not aware of sling part being missing and offered to reimburse $5.00 for part. Part has nothing to do with operation of gun or condition and buyer wanted me to reimburse $30.00 in shipping for a $95.00 sale. |
