| Comments: Seller may not have noticed barrel was mark with police dept. Pistol was pretty much shot out. Bore is well worn. However he did state it showed use, just not how much. |

| Rebuttal: The marking was on the slide, not the barrel, and was prominently displayed in a close-up photo in the auction. I always take many high-def pics to try and avoid this kind of feedback. |
