| Comments: JM102 posted a negitive feed back on an item he purchased from me. I contend that the item was exactly as listed for sale on this site. After 3 days of consecutive word games with this individual,and asking him to return the item for a full refund minus shipping, he refused. He continued to pick both me words and my rifle apart with a fine tooth comb and refused to return it. I WOULD not and WILL not reimburse him for his 3 day select shipping (29.00) which he choose. Standard returns are always 3 days minus shipping and we had both agreed to this prior to his final bid. I feel as if this man should not be trusted to bid on any item, because no matter what he recieves he will be unhappy with it. |

| Rebuttal: The material condition of the rifle was not accurately represented by garandfan by his 1. not providing answers to specific material questions, and 2. by his providing incorrect answers to specific questions. The rifle would not have been bid on by the buyer had he had accurate answers to his pre-bidding questions. He essentially used the standard 3 day return inspection period as way to avoid accurately describing the material condition of the rifle prior to bidding.
