| Rebuttal: A gross mistatement. The gun IS in excellent condition. The box was damaged when we got it back. It took a month for payment to get here, and the person listing feedback was NOT the buyer. |

| Comments: Seller claimed barrel was German WaA 655 marked. When it arrived, no WaAs were on the obviously East Bloc made barrel. Item grossly misrepresented. When contacted seller became rude and obstinate, refusing to refund return shipping for his mistake. Later seller refused to answer my emails. |

| Rebuttal: We have sold a number of these barrels to others, who were very satisfied. Buyer never contacted us with complaint after receiving barrel. All the other self=proclaimed "experts" insist these barrels were made by Beretta. |

| Rebuttal: Notified him IMMEDIATELY that we were temporary out of stock, and ask if he wanted refund..or would wait. He opted to wait. When he got tired of waiting, we sent refund at once. It is hard to provide immediate gratification to the MTV Generation. Posting Bid Block on this person. |

| Rebuttal: This is an antique revolver..130+ years old. It was in working condition when it was shipped. It came back broken and assembled improperly. HIS "gunsmith" didn't see it until AFTER he played with it and damaged it. OUR gunsmith is now trying to repair. Adjusted refund will be sent. |
