| Comments: Buyer refused to pay me because the actual amount of shipping UPS was going to charge me turned out to be a few dollars higher than the rough estimate I gave him. Also accused me of not being a man of my word via email. My auction clearly stated that the buyer pays shipping costs. |

| Rebuttal: Seller quoted a shipping of $12 which is what I based my bidding on. Then when I won the auction, seller decided he made a mistake and shipping was $28. I offered to split it with him; he refused. "Not a man of his word" as he quoted $12...shouldn't quote a fee unless he is sticking to his quote. |
