Seller refused to take firearm back or refund my money...claimed the three-day inspection period was over! Suggested I resell to another! |

| Rebuttal: The gun was shipped with matching serial numbers. The buyer responded within 3 day inspection period that he was satisfied. Auction was not misrepresented. Beware of buyer. |

| Comments: Gun rated NRA Grade Very Good, hardly made Fair Grade. Asked repeatedly for a copy of drivers license for ID records,said didn't have to and never sent. Seller apologized for slow shipping time and offered a refund,I opted to keep the rifle, at least it's in hand as a reminder not to be so trusting. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was as in condition I described and the lady thought enough of the gun to list on gunbroker.com for higher price than she bought the gun from me. The ATF does not require me to send DL or FFL and my auctions specify 10 day period for shipping when paid by check. |
