| Rebuttal: We had to set up Pay Pal Account to get this payment for knife purchased. This company is anti-NRA.We prefer not to use paypal in future. WE SENT KNIFE and have tracking number. Our number is listed on our adds please call us before you bid. Thank you. |

| Comments: We weren't too impressed. It actually looked worse than the picture showed & that was bad enough...but fixable. And the grips didn't quite fit. I wouldn't have paid that much for it if I'd known it wasn't like the picture. This is NOT a negative feedback. It is a nuetral. |

| Comments: When doing research on the product I was waiting for I found out that it is designed for Airsoft Guns. I really feel this should be listed in the Airsoft category and not with traditional firearms optics. It might suit some uses just fine, but I feel the buyer should know what it really is first. |

| Comments: Can't leave any positive feedback as I never got the gun. Auction closed on Thanksgiving day so payment was delayed a couple of days. Seller did acknowledge my E-mail that FFL and $$ was on the way. Gun was sold in his retail outlet. $$ was refunded with apology. Communications were difficult. |

| Comments: My M.O. went out the day after the auction ended, and was received by seller a few days later. Rifle was shipped promptly, but had some things wrong with it, but i was able to fix them. Had problems getting replies to e-mail, and because of the problems with rifle, i gave the neutral rating. |

| Rebuttal: WE SENT A BRAND NEW GUN COVERED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY ANY PROBLEMS WITH GUN WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF BY THEM.. IF REBEL WOULD HAVE CALLED ME AS HE DID BRFORE PURCHASE I WOULD HAVE TRADED OUT AND SEND THE OTHER BACK TO MANUFACTURE.I LIST MY PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE ITS FASTER THAN E-MAIL . |

| Comments: The gun I recieved was in no way, other than the same type, the gun that was advertised. caliber was different, bore condiction extremly over stated, the list goes on. Initual phone contact difficult,but agreed to pay me back including shipping both ways. |

| Comments: Seller delivered WRONG gun. Also the instructions included were for Sigma series. It was packaged in just the factory plastic box with tape over the latches (shipped poorly). Didn't return email promtly and voice mail box was full difficult to contact. I would never buy anything from seller again. |

| Comments: Bought pistol, sent funds. Got funds back, seller claims he sent my pistol to another buyer by mistake and buyer wants to keep it (and I'm screwed). Seller should have gotten pistol I bought to me and the pistol other buyer bought to him. Unless of course it's SELLER REMORSE |

| Rebuttal: We had two P-38 parts kits. Both sold and one he bought was shipped to other buyer by mistake. Second parts kit was not suitable to this buyer so I gave him a full rfund and advise I was sorry for shipping problem. |

| Comments: The rifle was missing the rear handguard and the front handguard does not extend back to the rear sight like it should. This was not listed in the description but could be seen in the photo. I feel the written description should have been better but the photograph was accurate. |

| Rebuttal: The buyer is correct we did ship the gun through the U.S. POSTALL SERVICE INSTEAD OF UPS OR FED-X.This is authorized by U.S. government regulations as long as your approved by your postmaster and the gun is going from dealer to dealer. |
