| Comments: I have never given negative feedback - I must now. I paid seller & he received it. He says he sent pkg (mis-addressed) & it was returned. He then wanted MORE $$ to re-ship pkg even thou he agreed it was his fault. I declined. He has failed to reply to all e-mails since mid-Feb (now is 13 March). |
