Comments: emailed 3 times without response. Said he never received email's. He needs to check his provider and see why emails are being blocked. Finally called and gun had been shipped.

Rebuttal: Another classic example of buyers insisting on having spam filters and not having there email set to accept email from Auction Arms. Many buyers do not understand this, I contact every buyer within hours after an auction ends its my living I would have no reason to do otherwise. My sever is fine.

Comments: Nice Looking Rifle, matching #'s, Nice bluing, Quick Shipping, but had a Crack in the Tang and a Crack at the back of the Wrist into Butt stock... Oooops :-(

Rebuttal: I was totally unaware there was any cracks in the rifle all this would have taken was communication and if I missed something I would have gladly refunded or compensated for this, but this person chooses not to communicate.
