| Comments: Seller's auction ended on May 14. To date, I have not received my handgun. Was shipped UPS Ground; and had no "adult signature required" sticker on the package. Seller says that he will NOT refund my money until UPS honors an insurance claim that has yet to be filed. CAVEAT EMPTOR! |

| Rebuttal: Totally unjustified negative, gun was shipped correct as frame and parts, buyer has not filled out ATF form so claim can be started, UPS tracking shows gun was delivered to his house and buyer gone for several days knowing that gun was shipped. |
