| Comments: This guy is a real POS. I sent $740.00 and it took three weeks to get this M1A1 stock. When it arrived, it had been modified for M2 use and several parts were missing-definitely NOT as described. I sent the stock back but Mr. Zydel refused delivery. This guy is a major asshole.... |

| Comments: Poor communicator. Had a problem with the acution proir to close and could not reach seller for resolution. Could have solved proble prior to bid closure and completed sale if seller was responsive. |

| Rebuttal: recieved no email. on his auctions he has sold 9 items with 3 negatives. he states we could have worked it out, worked what out? he didnt want it because he cant read an auction properly. watch this guy if he buys something from you or if he is selling. |

| Rebuttal: contacted this guy by email at least 5 times,without any response,from him in any way.the item was only 16.00.so i gave up.all of a sudden he leaves a message on my answer machine,threats to give me neg. feedback(how he got my tele. # ???)o well he did,god i feel threatened. |
