Comments: BUYER WAS TOLD GUN WAS NIB,IT WAS.BUYER DOES NOT UNDERSTAND FIREARM IS TESTED IN FACTORY BEFORE BEING SHIPPED.TOLD BUYER IF HE WAS NOT HAPPY TO RETURN GUN FOR COMPLETE REFUND,HE STILL HAD TO TO BE ANGRY AND INSULTING AND WRONG.BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS PERSON-WOULD RECOMMEND A SIGNED RELEASE FROM HIM BEFORE SHIPPING FIREARM.

Rebuttal: When was the last time you were in a firearms dealers and looked at a new in the box (NIB)semi-automatic pistol that was heavily fouled thru the frame and magazine well, primer ring around the firing pin, the wrong paint used to touch up scratches, and a replacement barrel installed? (Seller acquired pistol minus barrel from a salesman.) I honestly think now that in this case the seller made a mistake and did not try to rip me off. I have a friend who had a problem with a rifle and the seller, to his credit, went way out of his way to make the buyer happy. BTW, I am an FFL and was an Army small arms specialist (MOS) for a number of years.

Comments: 10 days, 3 Emails and no response.... Probobly took the bid away from someone who really wanted it.

Rebuttal: My apologies to the seller. I tried to contact the seller within an hour after the auction closed and several times afterwards. I was not able to get a response. I never received the email either. I cannot explain the problem, but it has just happened once again in the last week with a buyer.
