| Comments: Rude smart mouthed person to deal with. Complained about shipping method, amount of insurance, etc. I guarantee all sales per AA policy. Be prepared to listen to this guy whine if you deal with him. I lost money on his shipping, but I guess I should have lost more to keep him from crying. |

| Rebuttal: How a seller can be left negative feedback for doing everything right is beyond me. This guy has no business being a seller. Lousy customer service is why I left him neutral feedback. Spend money at own risk because this guy cares less how you receive your merchandise after you pay. Real jerk!!! |
