| Comments: Gun sold as NIB and pristine, had obvious use. Maybe it was a mistake, I don't know but I am disappointed. Wasn't the deal advertised. Will leave neutral rather than negative as I did not ask or attempt to return it. Didn't want the hassle. |

| Rebuttal: I wish you HAD contacted me as I would gladly have refunded your money. I would have rather have had the rifle back and you happy. I am really curious to know what wear you are referring to, as the pictures of the rifle spoke for themselves. |
