| Comments: Description and pictures do not indicate, but the stock is broken through and through from the trigger guard to the butt plate, and an ameteurish attempt to repair it, and THEN painted to try and conceal this. Also, the shipping address was totally botched, causing delays at UPS, trying to get it. |

| Rebuttal: Do the best of my knowledge the gun was notg re-finished. This was a military rifle and all finishes are not perfect. I dis not mis-represent the rifle and I did offer a complete refund if he would retun thge rifle. |

But that is where communication ended; he would not send me any information not even where to send the money or FFL. I sent him 3 letters thinking he may of forgot, stay away form this person! |

| Comments: Description said excellent finish but literally had varnish coming off on my hands as i took it out of box. Large gash in wood above trigger on non-bolt side. Buttplate had been renumbered to match other parts. First and last experience with this dealer. |

| Rebuttal: Thisistol was correctly advertised. This buyer came up with defects that led me to beleive that the pistol I had advertised would not be in the same condition when returned. |
