Comments: did not want item after he bid and won.would not pay.stated he emailed and wanted out of auction before it closed.didnt know what he bid on.should read before he bids.but besides this i have no hard feelings.

Rebuttal: Unprofessional seller. I sent this guy an e-mail one day prior to the close of the auction requesting the withdrawl of my bid. No relpy. Could have worked this out but he wouldn't respond.

Comments: Rifle was not as described. Stock refinished, no stock markings, condition of the stock fair to good. Rifle assembled incorrectly, bayonet mount pin driven through front band, beat with hammer to the point opposite side of front band cracked. Excessive shipping charge.

Rebuttal: The rifle was pulled out of my recenly deceased uncle's attic where it had been since 1945. It is exactly as described in the verbiage of my add and in the photos included. As for the shipping charge: You paid $5.00 less than I paid, to my local dealer.
