| Rebuttal: Buy waits over 3 months and after he get positive feedback to post this feedback. I have NEVER recieved a email or phone call with a complaint. Look at ad for this gun. 60% finish, needs cleaning, police evidence gun. Not advertised as new. I take care my buyers IF they contact me. |

| Rebuttal: Talked with buyer on phone more than once. Never mentioned a problem. He was told on phone same thing as in ad. IF NOT SATISFIED FOR ANY REASON I WILL GLADLY TAKE IT BACK. Shouldn't be to hard to understand. |

| Comments: The item was not accurately or adequately described. His description was: BROWNING SWEET 16 STOCK CHECKERED ROUND KNOB. GREAT CONDITION. ONLY THING I SEE WRONG IS SOMEONE HAD A SLING STUD INSTALLED.$7 S&H The stock was not as described. 99% of the finish on the stock had been removed. There is an obvious repair to a major crack. The bare wood is not smooth and there are several dents and dings in it. HE DID NOT RESPOND WHEN I EMAILED HIM ABOUT IT! Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the product, his description and his lack of response! |
