| Rebuttal: The ad stated that the seller would only except Cashiers check or money order. Bidder insisted on paying via C.O.D. and wanted a three day inspection period after he had already won the auction. I'm military and live in the barracks. All I have is a P.O. Box and cell phone. We're not all doctors. |
