| Comments: The rest of this person's feedback looks fine, therefore this feedback is being placed as NEUTRAL, giving him the benifit of the doubt. We agreed on a price for a closed auction, on which I was the high bidder, I wrote a check for the item on 12-31-99. The check has cleared. I have e-mailed this individual twice and recieved no response. The auction closed on 12-28-99 and the 30 day limit for feedback is here. Positive feedback will be posted, pending some type of explanation. |

| Rebuttal: Before this transaction was agreed upon I explained that I did not like personal checks as my bank is very slow to confirm clearance. I told you that I would take it if you were willing to wait. I believe I answered all your e-mails including the one sent on the 28th, which was the first time you asked if I knew the check cleared and if the barrel had been shipped. I trust that you have since recieved your barrel as I shipped it on the 27th and e-mailed you the UPS tracking number. Nuff said! |
