| Rebuttal: This person only sent me a partial payment for the auction he won. I waited to receive full payment before I shipped product. If he would have payed in full his item would have shipped the same day. Some People think the world revolves around them. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer never notified me of this. All they had to do was send the wrong ones back and I would have sent the correct ones to them right away. If I made a mistake, I am sorry. |
