He screamed at me on the phone, he hung up on me, called me names, and was as rude as anyone I have ever dealt with. I feel sorry for you as you are just to old to do business.

Comments: This sale was a waste of money. The seller did not adequately describe the item, which turned out to be "a piece of junk". A buyer must be very aware of what today's digital photos can do to an object. This is the second time I was tricked by poor description or unreliable photography.

Comments: Pistol was represented as a 357, it is a 22LR. Pistol was sent via USPS to my ffl. Not legal as sender has no 01 ffl. Pistol was sent in a flat rate box, barrel sticking out when it got here. Sender has an answering machine, but apparently, no phone. No more dealing with Dale for me!

Comments: Many contradictory emails. Said he received FFL, then did not. Said he sent the gun to FFL but had not. He finally sent the gun directly to me!US mail! Sorry but that's ILLEGAL! He put me in a bad position. I had to work it out with my local FFL. Plus gun had damage that he knew about and hid. NEG.

Was e-mailed back with an apology that gun inadvertently had been listed after being sold the previous week. This info found to be false by Auction Arms. 1 mo. later seller asks for money for gun..WHAT GUN?

Comments: Would never do business with this person (supposedly acting as middleman) again. The merchandise was advertised as "original and unaltered" but was far from that. It had many replacement parts, missing parts and parts that had been cut off. They would not honor a 3 day inspection and said they may declare bankruptcy. Avoid!

Rebuttal: If you look at the items location you will see it was shipped from Montana.I am in Florida.Doing someone a favor and selling a gun for them without possession of the piece.I have 190+ on Ebay and many on Amazon,Gunbroker and gunauction.net.The bidder was a nut and a perfectionist. He wanted a arnsonal new gun when there is none to be found.Accordingly this gun was not misrepresented and it was exactly as it was listed according to the owner.
