Rebuttal: Yes,I was the high-bidder(and the only bidder that came within his reserve price) and my bid was placed hours before closing, so I didn't prevent others from bidding. The auction closed at midnight(Friday), I e-mailed the seller early Saturday morning, recognizing that I was high-bidder,and requested the information needed on where to send the payment. I didnot hear from seller until Sunday when I received an email with his address and phone # and a short message stating that he had "five" more like it . During the course of the weekend, some events occured that were beyond my control, that dipped into my funds. So early Monday morning I e-mailed the seller and reported my dilemma, apologized, and asked to beg Off. I didn't hear back from him and assumed that everything was OK. I don't understand how I delayed him "few days". Instead of communicating, he chose to post this negative feedback. Up until now, my thougts were that next week (after payday) I would re-order the item from him directly. Oh well....I believe that people who post negative feedbacks should post the entire story instead of half-truths.
