| Comments: Was winning bidder on Auction # 1004342 on Jan 30, 2001. Have not heard back from my emails. Will consider this a failure to purchase on Feb 14, 2001 and relist this item. If you dont want to purchase the item just say so and that will be the end of it. |

| Rebuttal: I left on an unexpected two week business trip, during which time I couldn't access my e-mail. Before I left on the trip, I thought I e-mailed everyone whose auction I bid on, in the event that I won, but perhaps I overlooked this one. |
