| Rebuttal: THIS IS THE FIRST TIME A PACKAGE HAS BROKEN OPEN ON ME.I AM GLAD THE CUSTOMERS RECEIVED THEIR MERCHANDISE AND IT WAS OKAY,BUT I CANT CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PACKAGE LEAVES MY HANDS AND HITS THE POST OFFICE. |
