| Comments: Shipped in 5 days on a personal check. This was not fast enough for 5CARD, though we disclose up to 10 days for a hold. 5CARD was emailed a tracking number, which he replied directly to and said he never got it while calling me a liar. Very unpleasant individual to deal with. |

| Rebuttal: Sent prior e-mail went unanswered, so I bid and included in the coment it was a C&R bid so he could have cancilled my bid but he did not, then called me Sunday night at 10:30pm to say the gun was not C&R |

| Rebuttal: RiMark, I never recieved any e-mail on a haggel I won, If you accepted my offer Why would I not purchase the item? And how could you post negative feedback. Did you do this to get your listing fees waved. Please inform me of what item it was and we will get this deal done! |
