| Comments: Yes under line 21 of the Terms and Conditions I was not obligated to purchase from seller. I sent email an ask for address and phone number. I play by the rules an so should he. I shouldn't have to make continues contact with seller, for info that was requested in original email. |

| Rebuttal: I have made numerous attempts to contact MODEL 42 with no response. Unknown if he has changed his mind or not. Will wait 30 days and relist. Pretty cheap way to get out of completing a contract, if you ask me. |
