| Rebuttal: I sent the FFL and mailed the payment. He called me and says that he recieved the payment but not the FFL. I had my dealer re-send again. A few days later, this guy tears into me about how I had not gotten an FFL to him and then backed out of the deal |

| Rebuttal: In my defense, I would like mention that I got stung twice by a yellow bark scorpion soon after the bid which almost killed me, I have been out of commission for a few weeks but am now back on my feet again. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused, just a few uncontrollable circumstances. |
