| Comments: Bad online sales department. After winning the auction I contacted their sales rep with my CC and FFL info. Card got never charged, so I called them after 4 days. They assured me they'd send it right away. Almost a week, still not shipped. And they won't let you pick up the gun in the store. Beware! |

| Rebuttal: The buyer said from the beginning the date he needed the pistol by which we have adhered to. Regardless he felt it necessary to call each day acting like it was the first conversation all over again and repeat himself ad nauseam. Wont be doing business with this bonehead anymore. |

| Rebuttal: This individual bought this gun full knowing that it was sporterized. The gun was as described. The pictures were in full detail of every part of the gun. Buyer chose to read and see what he wanted and tried to return under false pretenses. Sellers beware of this Auction Arms customer. |
