| Comments: He had eleven days to send check as I was leaving for a couple of weeks, told if I received the check while I was gone, would ship it immediately upon return. Never sent check, never sent an answer. He was notified a minimum of 2 times. |

| Rebuttal: Sent payment upon returning from TDY after contacting seller. Recevied Rifle, it is great and I appreciate his willingness to accept payment after my return. |

| Comments: no communication or payment received. have a policy of 10 days to complete online orders. I gave him more than that to respond. One of many on this site. Would recommend setting your auctions for only people with good feed back for bidding. |
