| Comments: seller was under the asuumption this was a new in the box even though it was listed in excellent condition. buyer was purachasing this for a friend, i dont think this was done intentionally, however i hope in the future buyers will read everything and look at everything in listing before bidding |

| Rebuttal: Sellers listed gun as New = New Model Ruger when asked about Cly condition in the last picture said it was perfect then said it was a used gun. New is New Used is Used never listed on Auction as used |
