Comments: I was high bidder on auction #2209215125, and 24 hours later received e-mail informing me this gun was consigned and consignor now refused to sell it even though reserve had been met. I asked for a better explanation and Terry replied that he felt he had no choice but to return it to the owner, and that he would not auction anything in the future that did not belong to him without a signed contract I was tempted to leave negative feedback, as at that time, AMERICAN had no user rating, but because of the respectful communication I received, I decided to wait until feedback appeared from some of the 18 transactions AMERICAN had just completed. I don't believe it is right to leave negative feedback because of an honest mistake, so I will call this one "neutral".
