| Comments: Good job at the beginning, shipped fast, but after my G30 magazines were lost by postal office(not Greg's fault), I sent 3 emails to greg, he just didn't reply the last 2. So feedback is neutral. |

| Rebuttal: Email was down all day 4/4/01 - had over 200 emails in my Inbox when I was up and running on 4/5/01. USPS Del. Confirm. shows item was delivered at proper address. I want to wait to see if item does show up before I send out more magazines. |

| Rebuttal: Auction ended 2/18. First call received on 2/19 when I was closed for President's Day. Another call at approx 9:00AM on 2/20 - I open at 10:00AM. Bidder cancels bid by email at approx 11:00AM on 2/20. CAN YOU SAY IMPATIENT? Did he really want to honor the bid? |
