Comments: Slow to respond, especially after payment was received. Item was shipped more than a week after payment and FFL were received. Promised to e-mail when they ship the item but never did. Took me two telephone calls to get tracking #. Frustrating experience.

Rebuttal: Payment was received very promptly, however buyers FFL took 3 weeks to arrive. I felt I had plenty of contact with buyer during transaction (4 e-mails and at least 3 phone calls). I am sorry that FFL arrived when I was out of town. Maybe I will wait 4 weeks to go on vacation next time.

Comments: Seller very slow in mailing item. Taking over 30days after receiving funds with many e-mails and phone calls, after Contacted Auction Arms ITEM was sent.

Rebuttal: Buyer sent a PERSONAL check for payment. I contacted buyer when I received check and told him he could send a certified check or MO and I would ship immediatly or he would have to wait until check cleared MY bank. Buyer said he would wait. Buyer needs to spend $0.25 on a MO next time.
