| Comments: Gunslinger1 was the winning bidder on one of my auctions. He failed to reply to any of my e-mails. He also failed to send the funds within the stated guideline of my auction. I have received my first e-mail from this person, after I told him that I would leave negative feed back on his profile for not attempting to contact me or purchase the item. He sent the following e-mail to me : "I wrote you two different messages asking for specific information and I got no reply. I have already aquired a bushmaster lower from another source and notified the auction arms site as to your lack of cooperation and failure to answer my messages. gunslinger " As you can see in his message. He states that he already purchased another lower. He claims to have attempted to e-mail me with questions. This is not true. One other point. Auction Arms states the following: "IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGUARDING THIS ITEM, YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE SELLER (BEFORE) BIDDING. He failed at this policy also. Again, this was just a way for him to try to get out of the sale. |
