| Comments: Seller quoted a shipping fee of $12 and I based my bidding on that quote. When I won, seller discovered he made a mistake and shipping=actually $28! Quite a difference. I offered to split the shipping with him and he refused. Seller should not quote shipping fees and then not honor his quote. |
