Comments: After I returned the Spencer because of a sanded/patched buttstock, large piece of missing wood and broken cleaning rod, Mr. Walker did call to apologize. He also refunded part of my postage. Still, he didn't carefully inspect the rifle before listing it, and I'm out $60.00 because of that.

Rebuttal: This guy insisted on a FFL on a 117 year old gun. Did not indicate FFL was needed in his discription, only after the fact. Told him to send my money back.

Comments: After two weeks and no contact from the winning bidder and notifying him twice---I get an email that he sent Postal Money Orders. After 3 weeks---I notified him that they had not arrived and he said that it would take 90 days to get the money from the USPS and he was cancelling the purchase.

Rebuttal: I sent a postal m.o., somehow was lost, wasn't about to send another until the other one showed up. Post office said I could get a refund after 90 days.
