| Comments: Bought 100 pcs new brass packaged in bags of 20 ea. One bag contained only 17 cases. Also, 7 of the cases had bent mouths and could not be reloaded. |

| Rebuttal: This is the first we heard of the problem and mailed replacement br----today, wish we had of known sooner. It would have been taken care of immediately. It comes to us pre-packed and we weren’t aware there was a problem. This was a good sale and we rated the buyer positive. |
