| Comments: Seller's information & statements are not consistent. I won auction but seller was not following up on the sale, shipping costs, etc. Just wanted payment and then wanted $80 SHIPPING?! to ship when it was convenient to him. The shipping rate was 3 x's higher than normal. Buyer beware.... |

| Rebuttal: I was very consist with my contact. I sent him an invoice within 24 hours as stated in action. I only asked for $50 for shipping and told him I would cut him a break since he used buy it now. He always had an excuse why not to pay me. This buyer is the worst I've ever dealt with!! Seller BEWARE |
