| Comments: Item listed as "Brand New Colt AR15 A2 bolt and charging handle assembly" -- but they are NOT made by Colt. Looks like decent quality, so overall I'm OK with the deal. Good communications, quick shipping helped. |

| Rebuttal: I had no idea this guy wasn't happy. Never notified me. Product advertised as I was told by consignee. If it wasn't right, I always provide 3 day inspection. I would have been happy to refund his money if he wasn't happy. I had no idea he had any concern until I went to check my feedback today. |

| Comments: On 1/6/00 AA notified me that I was the winner on this item. When I E-mailed the seller for address and payment instructions; he E-mailed me that there was "a glitch in the system" and that "I had a guy come in here and buy it off the wall". He also stated "I still have a take down model similiar to the one on the auction" for more money. |

| Rebuttal: I had a win 97 solid model on the auction. I'm a dealer that keeps things in the shop. When I put them on the auction, I usually pull them off display and put them away until the auction is over. I also had a take down model out. I pulled the take down model off and put away instead of the solid 97. Then my other sales person sold the sold the one I left out by accident while I was out. I appologized to him and offered the more expensive take down model, at a substantial mark down from what I have it here i the stroe, but he declined, which was fine. OOPS!!!! |
