| Comments: Bidder says he made a mistake and thought item was something it wasn't. This bidder had bid twice on it even. After confirming on the phone, now he emailed that he doesn't want it and wants to pay me for not leaving a negative feedback. I'm sorry I can't do that. This is clearly a deadbeat bidder. |

| Rebuttal: Yes I did bid on the gun 2 times. After winning the auction I called Robert and we talked about the "Thompson Center Hawken" Rifle that I had bid on. I told him that I wasn't happy with the Thompson that I currently had and was looking forward to buying his. I was willing to work with him? |
