| Comments: Not sure when I can expect the item to come. have tried multiple times to reach seller they never answer their phone to receive payment so forced to mail it. Based on this lack of communication I would never purchase from seller again, they are not professional enough to maintain communication. |

| Rebuttal: 2 and 3 days after the auction closed the Customer called 3 times on Sunday and Monday when we were closed. Never left a message and I returned all emails as soon as I got them. Customer took 2 weeks to get payment to me and then accused me of having the payment for over a week. Very impatient. |
