| Comments: good communication, slow to get product, received hulls 6 weeks after close of auction. Product was as described, understand original product damaged. Seller came through in the end. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer was understanding as to the circumstances but this transaction was completed above and beyond the agreement to satisfy the buyer. I included out of pocket, four boxes of new STS .410. This should have earned me a positive rating. I will never do that again regardless of the circumstances. |
