| Comments: Failed to follow proper procedure - Did not contact + try to resolve before leaving Negative Feedback. I would have refunded cost plus all S+H. Also he waited nearly TWO MONTHS before negativing me. See all my other Positive Feedbacks on this item- "TRAPDOOR 45-70 RAMROD BAYONET, NEAR FINISHED". |

| Rebuttal: I did try to get my money back! I then took the piece of steel to a mach shop to straighten who said it was prev. heated to straighten and it broke. They re-welded/re-ground: broke again. I was told all sales were final. I gues that explained what "near finished" meant. I could never get an answer. |
