| Comments: We let this guy off the hook because his "grandson bit on this item" while he was "away from his computer". We (perhaps foolishly) ate the auction fees rather than burn him as a DEADBEAT. If it happens again, I would recommend not being that generous. |

| Rebuttal: I told this guy this bid was due to an error and I offered to refund all his charges but instead of getting back with me he posted a neutral feedback. |
